Rick Strode is a Boston artistic director. He asked me to create a minimalist design based on his specifications. The rickstrode.com homepage has a slider and also shows thumbnails of his art, and those thumbnails appear automatically every time he makes a new blog entry (or featured work entry) describing one of his many projects. The “work” page further categorizes the thumbnails, which are sortable using a tabbed menu located at the top of his page.
April 12, 2012: I took a quick look at rickstrode.com and now see that he has recently redesigned the homepage and the blog layout.
